Public Bikes

I've always wanted a chic bicycle, one with a nice basket in the front, bells to "honk," and a cool matching helmet (which I would hardly wear...).  I saw a couple riding along on their bicycles in Greenwich Village, they looked like something out of a J Crew catalog when they had their photo shoot in Italy last year - I noticed their bicycles when they stopped at the light.  Love love love it!

I would definitely add a rear bicycle rack like the first photo, and of course this Roll-Up Pannier:

But where do I store it?  Are my dreams of bicycling around my neighborhood and Central Park a bust because I have no where to leave it??  I guess the next step is to research my storage options...
