Hello there!  It's been a very busy summer... I apologize for the lack of new posts, more on the way!  I thought I'd start off by sharing something quite interesting.

Introducing:  the Timeshare Backyard!  Located in the Lower East Side, 145 Ludlow Street.  This lovely grass covered lawn is available for rent by the hour for parties, "backyard" BBQs, or whatever tickles your fancy.  The world is your oyster.

Only in NYC.  Only in a city so densely populated with high rise apartments and lack of [proper] backyards can such a crazy yet awesome idea work.
